1. Robbery (1134) 1200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 29, was in the listed area. As he exited a business, the suspects were inside a vehicle, and the female suspect asked the victim to come to her. The suspect then took the victim’s property, and they fled in the vehicle. SUSPECTS:
A Hispanic female adult and a Hispanic male adult.
2. Resisting Arrest (1231) 1500 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
Officers responded to a theft in progress at a business in the listed area. As officers arrived, the suspects were seen exiting another business. Officers commanded the suspects to stop, but they refused. As the officers attempted to detain one of the suspects, he resisted. Force was used to take the suspects into custody. ARRESTED: #1 Mark Lopez, 60, and #2 Rudy Alcaraza, 39, both for resisting arrest, conspiracy, and theft.
