AGPD: On Saturday, July 18, 2026, at approximately 1:30 p.m., officers with the Arroyo Grande Police Department were dispatched to 701 S. Elm Street (7-Eleven) regarding the report of a vehicle theft that had just occurred. While officers were responding to the scene, dispatch received additional information indicating that the victim had been struck and run over by the stolen vehicle.
