Information:
The Rialto Police Department is investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered early Sunday morning at Rialto City Park. At approximately 5:21 a.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2026, the Rialto Police Department Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call reporting a deceased male at Rialto City Park, located in the 200 block of East San Bernardino Avenue.
The victim was later identified as Jose De Jesus Arriaga Loza. Officers found Loza lying nude on the grass in the north-central area of the park. His clothing, along with his wallet, cash, and California driver's license, was located inside a nearby trash can.
Investigators observed injuries to Loza's face that are consistent with either a fall or a physical altercation. At this time, robbery does not appear to have been a factor in his death. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
