* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, slot canyons, slick rock areas, recent burn scars including Babylon, Deer Creek, Turner Gulch, Lee, PL Gulch, Ferris, Snyder, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
