TORPHI The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... East central Morris County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 225 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Victory Gardens, or near Morristown, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include... Dover, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Boonton, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Victory Gardens, Parsippany, Pequannock Township, Lake Telemark, Succasunna-Kenvil, White Meadow Lake, and Hanover Township. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 32 and 48. Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 39 and 53.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MORRIS, NJ
