* Locations impacted include... Ashland, Ironton, Coal Grove, Cannonsburg, Lake Vesuvius, Kenova, Catlettsburg, Greenup, Princess, Coalton, Greenbo Lake, Oldtown, Naples, Rush, Load, Durbin, Letitia, Flatwoods, South Point, and Russell.
