Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Lumberport, West Union, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, Enterprise, West Milford, Junior and Lost Creek. - This includes the following highways...
