* WHERE...All of eastern Utah and western Colorado including several recent burn scars.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Recent burn scars will be especially susceptible to flash flooding and debris flows.
