* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 500 AM EDT, emergency management reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill and Ellamore. - This includes Route 33 between mile markers 15 and 17. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
