Wilmington Police Issue Gold Alert for missing person: 
The Wilmington Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 15-year-old Harmoni Spriggs and is asking the public for assistance.
Harmoni Spriggs is 15 years old and was last seen on July 23 at approximately 11:45 a.m. in the 800 block of North West Street. She is described as a Black female, approximately 5’7” tall weighing about 131 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a light gray shirt, black sweatpants and white sandals.
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Harmoni Spriggs to please contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151.
