Extreme Heat Watch 
The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Watch for the City of St. Louis beginning Sunday, July 26, at 11 AM until Tuesday, July 28, at 7 PM.
Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110 possible. Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors
