...HOT, DRY, AND WINDY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY... .Friday and Saturday will see hot, dry, and windy conditions develop, primarily across southeast Oregon and the higher terrain of southwest Idaho. The driest and windiest day at this time is expected on Saturday. Scattered thunderstorms along the NV border in Idaho zone 426 today with gusty outflow winds up to 50 mph possible. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning for lightning, which is in effect from 2 PM this afternoon to 9 PM MDT this evening.
