Los Angeles County Homicide investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a homicide that occurred on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at approximately 4:25 AM, in the city of Valencia. Devin Marshall was fatally shot near the intersection of Masters Cup Way and Trevino Drive, Valencia. The victim was found in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead.
