The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to remind residents that the Hamilton Playground (1340 Hamilton Street, NW) is closed to the public for resurfacing.
Construction is estimated to be completed by August 31, 2026. This project will replace the existing playground surface with a new pour‑in‑place rubber safety surface.
