The female victim, 59, was walking in the listed area when a vehicle stopped. As the victim walked away, the suspect grabbed her and demanded that she get into his vehicle. The suspect tried to pull the victim into his vehicle, but she escaped. The suspect fled in the vehicle. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
