On Sunday, July 26, 2026, at approximately 9:20 AM, personnel from Palmdale Sheriff’s Station responded to a single vehicle traffic collision involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Avenue S and Westland Drive, in the City of Palmdale.
The preliminary facts of this investigation indicate at approximately 9:20 AM, a male Hispanic adult was driving west on Avenue S at an unknown rate of speed. The driver lost control, was ejected from his motorcycle, and collided into a metal pole. The driver succumbed to his injuries on scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
