INCIDENT: Search Warrant Leads to Arrest For Operating a Drug House
LOCATION: 40100 Block of Highland Road, Big Bear Lake, CA.
SUSPECT(S): Heather Annas, 60-year-old, Resident of Big Bear Lake
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On July 26, 2026, at approximately 9:31 p.m., deputies served a search warrant at a residence on the 40100 block of Highland Rd. in Big Bear Lake. Deputies recovered 37 glass pipes consistent with the use of methamphetamine, approximately two grams of suspected methamphetamine, several suspected fentanyl pills, hypodermic needles, small digital scales, and several metal spoons with burnt white residue.
Deputies arrested 60-year-old, Big Bear Lake resident, Heather Annas, for HS 11366, operating or maintaining a drug house. Annas is currently being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $30,000 bail. Annas will be arraigned at the San Bernardino County Superior Court on July 28, 2026, at 8:00am.
