* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move through today into tonight. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are possible. Another round of heavy rain is anticipated on Wednesday afternoon and evening. This could further result in flash flooding and/or flooding of creeks and streams.
