Burr Ridge is a truly special community, and taking care of our residents is always our highest priority. In response to Monday’s severe weather, the Village is mobilizing services to assist you with storm cleanup and keep our neighborhoods looking their best.
🪵 Special Village Storm Debris Collection
- Please move any large, fallen tree limbs and branches from your yard to the roadside as soon as possible.
- Have all tree debris placed by the street no later than 7:00 AM on Friday, July 31st.
- Public Works crews will be picking up storm debris throughout the week and will complete operations by Friday.
Regular Waste Collection (Groot)
As a reminder, Groot will also take tree branches placed in bundles, landscape waste bags, or marked cans at no additional cost during your regular trash pickup each Thursday or Friday.
Parkway Tree Safety & Service Requests
Public Works crews are inspecting parkway trees and removing damaged limbs across the Village. If you notice a hanging limb in a parkway tree, please submit a request through our Service Request Center.
