The City of Hoboken remains under a National Weather Service (NWS) flood watch through tomorrow evening, with the potential for flooding caused by excessive rainfall. Forecasts call for average rainfall between 2 and 3 inches, with peak rainfall rates as high as 2.5 inches per hour.
