The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has advanced proceedings to hold JCP&L accountable for ongoing reliability issues. The BPU is encouraging municipalities and residents to submit public comments to the dockets that have been opened—one addressing JCP&L's overall reliability and another specific to the July 4th weekend storm outages:
