Evansville Western Railway advised they will be CLOSING the East Main Street/Rt 1/14 Rail Road Crossing in Carmi to ALL TRAFFIC for approximately 1 hour beginning at approximately 2:45pm TODAY, 07/28/26. This closure is due to an emergency repair needed on the railway. They apologize for any inconvenience caused.
