Festival of the Arts will be held on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Fremont Downtown area.
Road Closure: The following road closures from Friday, July 31 from 2:00 p.m. to Sunday, August 2 at 11:59 p.m.:
• Paseo Padre Pkwy – between Mowry Ave & Walnut Ave
• Capitol Ave – between Paseo Padre Pkwy & State St
• Hastings St – between Capitol Ave and Mowry Ave
• A portion of Liberty St – between Capitol Ave & Beacon Ave
Parking Lot Closure: The following parking lots will be closed from Friday, July 31 from 12:00 p.m. to Sunday, August 2 at 11:59 p.m.:
• City Hall Parking Lot
• City of Fremont Family Resources Center (FRC) Parking Lot
