* At 832 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Littleton, or 10 miles west of Roanoke Rapids, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Roanoke Rapids, Halifax, Littleton, Weldon, Airlie, South Weldon, Rosemary, Tillery, Roanoke Rapids Lake, and Lake Gaston. This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 173 and 168.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HALIFAX, NC
