- 10 block Washington Ave 7am-4pm
- East 5th St / Richmond St 7am-4pm
- 400 block East 3rd St 7am-4pm
- 500 block Lee Pl 7am-3pm
- Please plan alternate routes and expect delays in those areas. Locations are subject to change.
