1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2230) Eighth Street and San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 48, was in the listed area when the suspect yelled at him, then approached and swung a metal pole at him. The victim retrieved a level from his car to defend himself, and the suspect walked away. Officers later found and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Marcos Vieyra, 60, for assault with a deadly weapon.
