Culver City Police and Fire Departments Respond to Electrical Fire on Bristol Parkway

On Wednesday afternoon, the Culver City Police Department and Culver City Fire Department responded to an electrical fire in the 5800 block of Bristol Parkway, with a rapid and coordinated public safety response.

As the call came in at approximately 2:14 PM, Culver City Police were on scene quickly and began evacuating the building to ensure the safety of the occupants. Officers established a safety perimeter, managed traffic and road closures, and deployed the department’s drone to assist the Fire Department in assessment of the scene and support responding personnel. Simultaneously, the Culver City Fire Department personnel worked to extinguish the fire, supported by assistance from the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The cause has been determined to be an electrical fire that has since been extinguished, and no foul play is suspected at this time. No injuries have been reported related to the incident.

The response highlights the strong coordination between Culver City Police and Fire personnel, with teams working together to quickly secure the scene, protect the surrounding community, and provide the resources necessary to safely manage the incident.
