Morgan Hill Police Investigate Injury Traffic Collision
Morgan Hill, California – On July 30, 2026, at approximately 8:51 p.m., Morgan Hill Police Officers responded to the intersection of Monterey Road and Tennant Avenue following reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Officers and emergency medical personnel immediately rendered life-saving aid to the pedestrian before the individual was transported to a local trauma center. The pedestrian remains in stable condition.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the Morgan Hill Police Department. At this time, it is unknown whether drugs or alcohol were contributing factors.
The Morgan Hill Police Department reminds all motorists to remain alert, obey traffic laws, and exercise extra caution when approaching intersections, changing lanes, and traveling in areas where pedestrians may be present.
