FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT

.FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM EDT /4 PM CDT/ THIS AFTERNOON 
THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flash flooding and flooding caused by excessive rainfall is 
  possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following 
  areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, De Kalb, Eastern St. 
  Joseph IN, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Lagrange, 
  Marshall, Miami, Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Northern La Porte, 
  Pulaski, Southern Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke, Steuben, 
  Wabash, Wells, Western St. Joseph IN, White and Whitley.
* WHEN...From 5 PM EDT  /4 PM CDT/ this afternoon through Sunday 
  afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A band of rain this morning has produced rainfall amounts
    between one half and 2 inches of rain across northwest and
    portions of north central Indiana this morning. Additional
    showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this
    afternoon through early Sunday with a potential of additional
    heavy rainfall.  Additional rainfall amounts between 1 and 3
    inches with localized amounts in excess of 4 inches are
    possible later today into Sunday, particularly for areas
    which are impacted by bands of rain which become anchored
    over the same location for a time this evening into early
    Sunday. Rainfall rates of around 2 inches per hour can be
    expected with the heavier showers and storms
