* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 216 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated an axis of heavy showers and thunderstorms across the southern Chicago metro into far northwest Indiana. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
