* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain fell across the advisory area earlier today. Lingering, localized minor flooding is ongoing in some parts of the advisory area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
