* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 509 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that light to moderate rainfall was occurring in areas where heavy rainfall occurred a few hours ago. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in the past 3 to 6 hours. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
