* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Dublin, Glenwood, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Abington, Brownsville, Laurel, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Mount Auburn and Mettel Field.
