* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1009 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Oxford, Eaton, Liberty, Camden, New Paris, West College Corner, Darrtown, Salem, Eldorado, West Manchester, College Corner, Spring Grove, Somerville, Boston, Whitewater, West Florence, Fairhaven, Sugar Valley and Goodwins Corner.
