* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving band of showers and embedded thunderstorms solidifies from southwest to northeast over far SE Michigan during the early morning. Rain will be heavy at times and be capable of producing high rainfall totals in a short period of time. Flood Watch rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches in 2 to 3 hours are likely, with a chance for locally higher amounts.
