Flood Warning until 10:00AM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 658 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area with several lane closures across portions of Burlington and Camden counties. Between 0.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, South Brunswick, Ewing, West Deptford, Princeton, Bellmawr, Yeadon and Woodbury. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 20 and 25...and between mile markers 60 and 76. Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 335 and 351. Interstate 195 in New Jersey near mile marker 0. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 13 and 40. Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4. Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 1 and 3.
