Earlier rainfall of 1 to 3 inches will cause minor flooding along quick responding small streams through this morning. - Additional average rainfall amounts up to 1 inch, with locally higher amounts, are possible over the area through this afternoon. Any additional rain would result in additional minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
