FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
The National Weather Service (Mount Holly, NJ) has issued a Flash Flood Warning in effect until 2:45 PM EDT today (Monday, August 3).
Turn around — don't drown. When you encounter a flooded road, do not attempt to drive through it. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Please stay aware of your surroundings, avoid low-lying and flood-prone areas, and do not drive on flooded roads. It only takes a few inches of moving water to sweep away a vehicle.
