The Flood Warning will expire at 515 PM EDT this afternoon for Southwestern Mercer, Northwestern Burlington, Northwestern Camden, Southeastern Bucks, Eastern Delaware, Southeastern Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. The heavy rain has ended and flood waters are receding. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
