The Village is currently working with our Utility Billing provider to remedy a known issue on this month's bills where electronic payments were not successfully shown on current statements. Staff are working with the billing provider to see if we can send updated statements reflecting the accurate balances due. Penalities shown on affected accounts are being removed.
