ASHLAND: Update 8:41pm Aug 4, there was a power outage affecting the downtown area of Ashland. Ashland Electric Department had a team that worked to identify the problem and restore power to the affected area. Power has been restored to all affected structures, but power to some downtown traffic lights may continue to be affected until a full repair can be completed. Ashland Electric does not have a confirmed timeframe to restoring power to the downtown traffic lights. Please use extra caution if you are driving in an area where the traffic lights are out.
