On Friday, August 7^th, 2026, at approximately 1204 a.m. The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team, along with the Cass County Sheriff's Office and K9 Charlie from Van Buren County, executed a search warrant in the 50,000 block of Green Lake St., Wayne Twp. Cass County Michigan. While searching the residence, detectives located 1.7 grams of methamphetamine, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia. Detectives arrested a -71-year-old female for maintaining a drug house, possession of methamphetamine, a 51-year-old female for possession of methamphetamine, a 44-year-old male for possession of methamphetamine, and a 45-year-old male for possession of methamphetamine. The names are being withheld pending arraignment on the charges in the 4^th district court. The investigation is still ongoing.
