Due to downed wires, downed trees, and impacted traffic lights, 14th Street is closed from Park Avenue to Willow Avenue and Willow Avenue is closed from 13th Street to 14th Street. The Office of Emergency Management encourages residents to avoid the area of Willow Avenue and Park Avenue north of 11th Street.
Drivers should not drive through floodwaters. Driving through floodwaters can cause your vehicle to stall, need towing, and block emergency access. Please adhere to all barricades and do not drive around or move barricades.
