* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas due to elevated river and stream flows, particularly along the Hackensack and Pascack Rivers.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1013 PM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell across the area earlier this evening, resulting in small rivers and streams rising to minor to locally moderate flood levels. Water levels are expected to gradually subside tonight, alleviating localized flood conditions. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
