* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 126 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Radar and observations indicate these storms are producing a quick 1 to 2 inches of rain in less than 45 minutes. This will likely result in minor flooding shortly after thunderstorms arrive. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
