The City of Palm Desert has been made aware of a Southern California Edison (SCE) planned power outage, scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 9 at 10 p.m. - Sunday, Aug. 10 at 7 a.m., affecting approx. 878 customers.

Customers near the intersection of Fred Waring Drive and Town Center Way may potentially affected, including the One Quail Place complex, along with neighborhoods north of Park View Drive between Torremolinos Drive and the wash, south of San Sebastian Drive (see attached map).

The SCE outage number is 800550330. Questions about this outage should be directed to SCE Customer Service at 800-655-4555. Further outage information can be found on the SCE website at: https://www.sce.com/outages-safety/outage-center/check-outage-status

The City is providing this notice as a courtesy to residents and businesses who may be affected.
