* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1131 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms producing rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen so far near Grand Ridge. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
