* Locations impacted include... Muncie, Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Winchester, Yorktown, Union City, Albany, Frankton, Eaton, Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Summitville, Gaston, Selma, Ridgeville, Orestes, Saratoga, and Ball State University. This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 235 and 251.
