Flood Advisory until 02:30PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Blackford, Grant, Huntington, Miami, Wabash and Wells.

* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1225 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the last hour. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Montpelier, Sweetser, La Fontaine, Van Buren, Converse, Warren, Amboy, Mount Etna, Hanfield, Landess, Lake Wood, Banquo, Pleasant Plain, Home Corner, Arcana and Jalapa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
