* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 323 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Lebanon, Forest Park, Springboro, Sharonville, Wilmington, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Springdale, Harrison, North College Hill, Batesville and Mount Healthy.
